Steel Fabrications

Whether it’s the supply and erection of steel girders to on-site steel delivery and welding, we can provide solutions to your problems. We have a team of experienced engineers and welders who can design and make whatever you require to suit your particular needs. Working with mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium we are able to manufacture a wide range of bespoke products for our clients including special finishes such as powder coating, polishing, galvanising, anodising and plating.

All our welding and fabrication work is carried out by experienced and highly skilled staff who hold relevant CSCS Skillcards, IPAF powered access licences, PASMA mobile tower access cards and abrasive wheel training. Whatever your requirements, we can help with advice and guidance, from concept and design through to manufacture and installation.

Health & Safety

We provide a wide range of Health & Safety services and solutions advising our clients on their Health & Safety obligations, from policies and procedure writing, risk assessment, safety training, internal audits, site inspections, accident investigation, interim cover and practical advice. Our Director is a Graduate Member of the Institute of Safety and Health IOSH.

Health and Safety Policy / Safety Management Systems

In addition to the standard legal requirements a strong health and safety policy together with other safety document is about setting down firm foundations for your management of safety. Defining how you want to work safely, how you will achieve that and ensuring clarity of responsibility. Each policy should be unique to each organisation and written specifically for that client.

Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015

These updated regulations make significant changes to the requirement for the appointment of a Principal Contractor and other duty holders. To assist our clients with compliance we will ensure the following:

• Advise on responsibilities placed on duty holders – Client, Principal Designer, Designers, Principal Contractor and Contractors.
• Advise on the suitability of project documentation
• Identify relevant information for inclusion
• Ensure compliance with all current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation throughout the project
• Undertake site Health, Safety and Welfare inspections through the construction phase.
